Vital Village aims to ensure that all who are interested in participating have the ability to fully participate, but we understand that technology can act as a barrier. This point is exacerbated as communities are impacted economically by the current COVID-19 crisis.
Cancellation policy
We have passed our refund deadline of October 9th, however emergency refund requests will be looked at on a case by case basis. You will be notified via email on the determination of the refund request within 24 hours.
